I could see, like many people that in Bristol, the traditional general builder wasn't excelling in providing great customer service. I believed it didn't need to be that way, and decided I could do it differently. I would create a fresh approach to property services, where design and quality was at the heart of everything I do, an environment where detailed information and good communication with the client was a matter of course.

I was interested in the idea of value for money, not just the cheapest solution. I wanted England’s Finest to be the most interesting building company in Bristol. At England’s Finest my team and myself pride ourselves on providing a flexible, reliable, skilled and friendly service.

England's Finest carried out a large amount of plastering to both walls and ceilings in our home. The standard of the finish was excellent, Nick's team arrived on time, worked hard, were trustworthy and respectful and cleared away any mess they made. They also installed a new bath and carried out tiling to the bathroom, which was of a very high standard. We subsequently asked them to quote to excavate and blockpave our front garden and existing driveway.

Once again the standard of work was first class along with the service as a whole.

We have since recommended this company to family and friends.
